Hello, I’m Heidi Fuller
In 1990, I walked into a two-story computer in Boston, Massachusetts, and came out the other side in Silicon Valley.
I had joined a boutique PR firm specializing in Unix and Open Systems companies. That was after two years steering PR for a Midwest healthcare company and four at an East Coast PR agency. Talk about timing. Launching the start-ups that were about to unleash the Information Age in the ’90s was like working backstage at a Stones concert in the ’60s. A decade and a couple of kids later, I put my tech know-how to work taking the jitters out of websites, blogs, and social media for healthcare companies, small businesses, nonprofits, documentaries and public health campaigns.
Inside that Boston Museum of Science exhibit a week before I landed in the wild west of high tech PR, I followed a single mouse click through the anatomy of a computer. I watched how ones and zeroes, bits and bytes, silicon and wiring work together to make life (and business) a little better, faster, and easier. Fast forward to now, and that technology is the PR – more commonly known as “content strategy.”
Hello, I’m Heidi Fuller, and my job is to make both the content and the technology a little better, faster, and easier for business.
Here’s how I help businesses succeed
As a communications strategist, I guide businesses, nonprofits, and public health programs through market challenges and growth opportunities.
As a content writer and editor, I simplify the complex and craft stories that shape opinions, influence behaviors, and sell big ideas.
As a program manager, I motivate teams to work with heart, ethics, and accountability.
I specialize in website and social media projects, from strategic planning and messaging, to development and management, and content creation.
